I post on no fixed schedule, at most a few dozen times a year, usually less often.
I'll never share my mailing list, and you can unsubscribe with a single click on a link that will be at the end of every email.
If you subscribe, you'll be asked by email to confirm your subscription before you are actually added to the list.
Look for the confirmation email in your spam filter if it does not show up in regular mail.
Note: The subscription comes via a service called SendFox, but lists me as the sender.
Because of this, Gmail and perhaps other providers will put a warning at the top of each email about possible "spoofing."
