Follow the links.<br /><br />You say you have a Google+ page already, so #2 is not really relevant to you.<br /><br />Still, you can link a blog (not your "blogging account") to <a href="https://support.google.com/blogger/answer/41440?hl=en" rel="nofollow">multiple accounts.</a> Have you managed that?
